You have a good list and should receive several interviews. Rutgers and Stony Brook admit few non residents with no connection to the state. You could add any of these schools:
NYU
Rochester
Dartmouth
Jefferson
Tulane
Western Michigan
St. Louis

I would take out Rutgers.

Otherwise your list is fine. Cornell? Columbia?

Sorry to bring this post back up, but I feel like my list is too top heavy.
IS: UF, USF, UCF, UM, FAU, FSU, FIU, Nova MD
OOS: Einstein, Columbia, Emory, Sinai, Kaiser, Ohio State, Cincinnati, Brown, Boston, Hofstra, Pittsburgh, Case Western, Duke, Mayo, Cornell, NYU, JHU, Tulane, Michigan, Northwestern, Jefferson
I'm still looking into Vanderbilt, Virginia, Stony Brook, Penn, Yale, W Michigan, Maryland, Iowa for my last couple of schools.

You have 8 in-state schools - that's a good safety net for someone with your application.

You have a solid application, but I don't see anything specific that is community service non-clinical other than your Ronald McDonald House work. That's okay for me, but I know many faculty that would consider that work still a little close to "clinical" even if it's not involving supervision by physicians.
