Hey all
Here's a quick overview:

• GPA: 3.37 cGPA and 3.42 sGPA (Taking some classes at community college this fall and spring)
• MCAT: 507 (128/126/127/126)
• Residence: North Carolina Resident (Family ties to MD)
• Ethnicity: URM - African American
• Undergraduate: Undergrad at UNC school (not UNC Chapel Hill) with B.S. in Comp Sci, Minors in Chem + Mathematics
• Research: No research experience.
• Shadowing: ~40 hrs in various specialties (Neuro, Cardio, Rheum, GI). Planning more hours specifically in Internal Medicine, Peds and Geriatrics.
• 1000+ hrs scribing split 60/40 in Emergency Medicine and Neurology
• Non-clinical volunteering: 30hrs at local food bank, 20hrs at charity raising money for education/well-building in Africa
• Other extracurricular activities: Group tutor (school-sponsored and paid) for 2 years for Chemistry (+600 hours), Founding member of Minority Pre-med group school (1 year communications chair, 1 year VP, 1 year President), Summer Pre-Med program at UNC Chapel Hill, (currently) working at tech company involved in clinical documentation.
• Relevant Honors: Dean's List (4 semesters), Chancellor's List (4 semesters)
