Hi everyone, just needed some help creating a school list

Clinical Experience: 200hrs hospital volunteering

Non Clinical Experience: 200hrs Crisis Text Line, 150hrs food bank

Research: 150hrs (no pubs or posters)

Shadowing: 100hrs across multiple specialties (MD and DO)

Extracurriculars: weight lifting, jiu jitsu, intramural sports

Awards: Deans list for some semesters

LORs: basic science LORs and strong DO LOR and strong research PI
