Hello people, it's about that time of year and seeing as I'm applying this cycle, I'd like some input in developing a school list

1. cGPA: 3.93, sGPA: 3.96
2. MCAT: 522 (131/129/131/131)
3. State of residency: NY
4. Ethnicity: White male
5. Undergraduate institution or category: State public school
6. Clinical experience: About 2000 paid hours as a scribe and 300 hospital volunteering hours
7. Research experience: About 1500 hours with no posters or pubs
8. Shadowing experience: About 60 hours total split between ortho, neuro, and family medicine
9. Non-clinical volunteering: Tutoring at my university for about 200 hours
10. Other extracurricular activities: N/A
11. Relevant honors or awards: N/A

Kaiser Permanente
Mayo
WashU

I'm looking to fill out my list and get an understanding of where I stand. I'm not sure if my poor ECs will lock me out of top schools, so I've refrained from adding too many at this moment. Would appreciate any and all feedback!
