1400 hours of non-clinical volunteering? Could you be more detailed about this? Seeing that you have 1000 hours with campus ministry, 1000 hours as a tutor/TA, 2500 hours as a D2 athlete, and 1000 hours of being a CNA... I'm trying to get a sense of how you balanced all of these activities on your calendar with your classes. No double-dipping, and nothing prior to beginning college. Did you graduate a couple of years ago??

Quick rule of thumb: 40 hours a week x 50 weeks/year = 2000 hours, which is a good estimate for full-time employment.
