With a MCAT of 510 most of the schools on your list are unrealistic including all your schools 1 through 10 plus Miami and Cincinnati.
Here is a more realistic school list:
Medical College Georgia
Mercer
Wake Forest
NOVA MD
TCU
Creighton
St. Louis
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
Hackensack
New York Medical College
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Belmont (when it opens)
Florida Atlantic
Central Florida

Thanks so much, will definitely look into those. If I were to include a few from top 10, what would you suggest ?

Perhaps Emory since they have some instate preference. None of the others unless you want to donate to the school.

Any community service? How are you non-traditional? Explain your research, if there is any engineering component to it.
Have spend some time taking food to homeless but not a lot of hrs. Doing BME, has done research at BME labs but not the same lab has switched different labs.

No, they only have 10% of their seats for OOS students. These usually go to high stat and research focused applicants.
