I think you have a decent application for DO schools, definitely the newer ones... but I don't see any possibility for MD. The URM will help you, also being bilingual. As long as you have some clinical experience, letter of rec from a DO, physician shadowing, and volunteer hours I think you will get a DO acceptance.

When you say Hispanic, from what country or region? Some Hispanics don’t really qualify as URM strangely enough. But given that you’re fluent in español and you’re Hispanic, I’d say that you have a really good chance this cycle. Don’t even bother retaking the MCAT fam.

For MD, a single strong SR year isn't enough to be convincing.

Apply broadly to DO, but also UCD and UCI
