Could you split the research/clinical experience? Clinical experience should be face to face contact with the sick, injured and dying. Clinical research (and that’s what it sounds like you have) is with subjects of a study or trial. So I’m not sure what to tell you about your clinical experience. Your nonclinical volunteering is minimal at best. As to shadowing are some of those hours with a primary care doc? If not try to get some with a PCP.
Generally you need 200+ hours of clinical experiences(can be paid or volunteer), 200+ Hours of nonclinical volunteering and 50 hours of shadowing. Research is a whole separate activity.
Nice job on the MCAT. Congrats.
