Do you have any other non-clinical experience?

I recommend:

Columbia
Vandy
Dartmouth
BU
Duke
Pitt
Mayo
Mt Sinai
Keck
UCSF
EVMS
U Miami
Hofstra
Emory
Jefferson
Drexel
Albany
Tufts
NYMC
Your state schools
Loyola
Rosy Franklin
Tulane
Wake
MCW
SLU
Creighton
Wayne State
Netter
NYU.LI

Any DO program. I can't recommend Nova, Wm Carey, BCOM, ICOM and LUCOM, for different reasons. MSUCOM? Read up on Larry Nasser and you decide. LMU has an accreditation warning, which concerns me. CUHS is too new and appears to be too limited in rotations sites. UIW refuses to post their Boards scores, which is fishy.

Suggest boning up on the nonclinical volunteering.

I suggest applying broadly to DO schools and include these:
PNWU-COM
TUNCOM
AZCOM
ATSU (both schools)
UIWSOM
ARCOM
NYIT-AR
ACOM
WCU-COM
UP-KYCOM
WVSOM
LECOM (all schools)
PCOM (all schools)
UNECOM
KCU-COM
DMU-COM
MU-COM
Noorda-COM (new school)
ICOM
It is difficult to construct a MD list with your low GPA and high MCAT. The GPA-MCAT grid shows you have a~30% chance for a MD acceptance. Apply to Washington State and U Washington and the schools Goro listed above. You could also add these:
TCU-UNT
NOVA MD
Seton Hall
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan

Thank you for the list!

@Goro @Dr.Gains I don't have any other non-clinical aside from previous work history, search and rescue, and I also donate blood and platelets regularly, not sure if that should be included. Other activities/hobbies include leading a hiking group, but not sure if that should be listed as it's informal.

What kind of experiences would be best?

Blood donations don't count.
In the mean time, you could do Meals on Wheels, election poll worker (normally done by retirees) and check with your local houses of worship.
