My AMCAS schools are of course all top tiers, but I feel like the TMDSAS schools should provide a bit of a buffer since my stats are way above the median for some. Thoughts?

As long as you have 150+ hours of clinical and nonclinical volunteering, and it looks like you do, you're golden. Aim for the stars: Harvard, Yale, Hopkins, Stanford.
