You have good activities and okay stats - URM status will help you out. With regards to your list, there are a bunch of schools on there that are state schools and likely low yield. From your current list I would keep:

Howard University College of Medicine
Morehouse School of Medicine
Meharry medical college
charles R. drew University of medicine and science
University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine
Tulane University School of Medicine
Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine
Georgetown University School of Medicine
Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine
the warren alpert medical school of Brown University
Emory University School of Medicine
George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences
virginia commonwealth university school of medicine
Thomas jefferson
tufts university school of medicine
suny downstate
Einstein
Dartmouth
Vanderbilt

+You need to apply to ALL of your in state schools that are in range:

Stony Brook, Buffalo, Upstate, NYMC, Albany, Hofstra, Rochester. You can also consider: Quinnipiac, Temple, Drexel, Hackensack.

I think with those additions you'll have a decent shot.

Also:

my Sanai - is this a new school???

Oregon, Utah and Missouri accept few non residents with no connection to the state. You could add any of these schools:
Stony Brook
SUNY Upstate
SUNY Buffalo
Hofstra
New York Medical College
Rochester
Pittsburgh
Ohio State
Cincinnati
Boston University
St. Louis
