when did you apply last year and to how many schools?
did you get any interviews?
 
I added new job experience. Last year I submitted in December and only applied to LECOM.
as you probably already know, UF is extremely competitive
applying earlier will help with your FL schools, but you probably need to apply more broadly to give yourself the best chance...
