So I already made a WAMC post but I realized my GPAs (especially TMDSAS sGPA) were slightly miscalculated. I have since clarified what will count as science and what won't.

cGPA = 3.7, MCAT = 517

TMDSAS sGPA trend: 3.1, 3.1, 4.0, 4.0
TMDSAS sGPA = 3.571

AMCAS sGPA trend: 3.160, 3.294, 3.806, 4.0
AMCAS sGPA = 3.613

School list:
All TMDSAS schools (really want UTSW or McGovern)
Baylor
Emory
Cincinatti
Colorado
Rochester
Einstein
Carle
Dartmouth
Georgetown
GWU

Additional info: cGPA = engineering + life science double major in university honors program, dramatic life stories, 2500hr research, 2 posters + 1 abstract, 1200hr nonclinical volunteer, 200hr clinical volunteer, 100h shadowing, engineering scholarship

@Faha @Goro @gyngyn your advice on my last post was really helpful; I would appreciate your help one more time :)
Thanks!

You should receive several interviews from your Texas schools. You could add TCU-UNT and Tulane. Carle may interview you with your engineering background. In general OOS MD schools do not interview many Texas residents since they know from experience that Texas residents will attend a Texas school. Exceptions would be if you are a legacy or attended undergraduate school in another state.

Is TCU-UNT not thru the TMDSAS? And I will look into Tulane as well.
