Overall GPA: 4.0 CC/ 3.77 UCI
Science GPA: 4.0
Bio-Chem-Physics GPA: Still taking physics and upper-division biology courses, but 4.0 right now.
DAT score (include AA and all sections): AA 25/ TS 26/ PAT 25/ OC 24/ GC 30/ BIO 26/ RC 25/ QR 22
State of Residence: California

Major: Biology, Chemistry, Natural Science, Liberal Arts at CC/ Biological Sciences at 4-year

Shadowing Experience: ~50 hours (but I have a lot of experience working as a dental assistant)
Volunteering Experience: ~ 150 (nonprofit dental organization, local food bank, and a food/groceries distribution center)
Employment: dental assisting for 3 years (4 when I apply ~1,500 hours total), tutor for general chemistry and biology at CC (1 semester ~80 hours).
Research: N/A
Other Extracurriculars: Pre-dental society at UCI, WesternU SHPEP program, Harvard Bridge to Dental School Program, Dental Assisting Regional Occupational Program (for dental assisting and X-ray license), Pre-dental Liaison for Lucent Dental (a non-profit volunteering org)
Relevant Honors or Awards: President's list every semester >3.5 GPA, CC transfer scholarship, part of 5 honors programs at CC (Phi Theta Kappa, Mu Delta Rho, etc...), WesternU Outstanding Dental Award (at the SHPEP program)

You will almost certainly receive a ton of interviews. Your stats are crazy good. As long as your personal statement and letters of recommendation are good you should have no problems at all.
