My opinion: you have a ton of leadership listed that is conflated within the categories. Were you ever recognized for any of these pilot projects? What research/outcomes did these programs have? How many people participated in each of your programs? How is the program you list last educating underserved groups under clinical experience different from the one you did for non-clinical? You don't list hours under clinical compared to your 1000 hours in non-clinical, so I'm not sure how you could achieve both concurrently, especially with athletics taking up so much of your time.

I know you are trying not to doxx yourself, but the descriptions give me no sense of your purpose as a physician, and so I don't have a compelling reason to interview you or see if you would be happy in "my" medical school. Maybe you have it in your actual application, but I can only go with the profile you are willing to share.

This is what I said previously to you, and @Faha already provided you a list there.

You at least added 150 hours of homeless shelter work. Now you need to highlight how you significantly improved your application and your mission fit/purpose.
