Hi everyone! Long time lurker here and first time posting, so bear with me please 🙂 . Open to any advice as I am taking two gap years upon graduation.

Hispanic, Cuban-American (URM? Have read mixed things about this). Fluent in Spanish and English. FL resident. Graduating from a state university
cgpa: 3.7
sgpa: 3.58
MCAT: 508-510

Shadowing: 60 hours observing a family physician
Non-clinical volunteering: ~250 hours. Going to volunteer at an organization that helps inner city kids go to college
Clinical experience: 2000+ hours. Seeking a full-time job during my gap years.
Research: A little over a year in a lab. No pubs, no posters.

ECs: Treasurer of 2 organizations on campus, TA for a biology class, political campaign volunteer

Thanks for your time!

Also worth noting, I have an upward GPA trend. Finished my first year of undergrad with a 3.3 cgpa and 3.1sgpa.

We could speculate on your potential schools, but rather than do that... update with your actual MCAT and we can advise you.
Post your actual score here in the future when available.

Will do, thank you! Also while I am here, my friend has asked me if he could be chanced as he will be applying in the upcoming cycle, so here are his stats:

Ethnicity: Cuban-American (Bilingual), FL resident
cgpa: 3.63
sgpa: 3.49
Upward gpa trend
MCAT: 507

Shadowing: 20 hours primary care, 50 hours neurosurgeon
Non-clinical volunteering: 320 hours soup kitchen, 90 hours chemistry tutor
Clinical experience: 375 hours hospice volunteering
Research: Research assistant for 1 year in a psychology lab. No pubs, no posters.
ECs: VP of a pre-health club on campus, honors college student
