Your list is top heavy... I doubt that you will get love from Hopkins, Emory, Einstein, Harvard, Stanford, U Penn, Stanford, UCSF, Cornell, Duke.

Be realistic! Your GPAs and MCAT are below average; being a URM will help, but it won't make up that much for your stats for some of these schools. I suggest you add A LOT more low/mid tier schools to your list.

The lack of clinical experience will be a red flag on your application. I recommend postponing for a year and working on your clinical ECs in the meantime. Apply once you have >200 clinical hours, the rest of your application looks solid. Also strongly suggest adding at least 20-30 hours of primary care shadowing once possible. Concur with the above advice regarding your school list.

The majority of schools on your list are unrealistic with your MCAT scores and lack of clinical volunteering. I suggest these schools:
Maryland
Howard
Meharry
Morehouse
UCLA Drew
Vermont
Quinnipiac
New York Medical College
Albany
Hofstra
Einstein
Seton Hall
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
George Washington
West Virginia
NOVA MD
Miami
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
Indiana
TCU-UNT
