Apply to all your Texas schools (including TCU-UNT) and you should receive several interviews.
You could also apply to any of these schools:
Howard
Meharry
Morehouse
UCLA Drew
Creighton
Tulane
Miami
Georgetown
George Washington
Jefferson
Pittsburgh
Einstein
Vermont
Tufts
Dartmouth
Boston University

When did you submit your TMDSAS application? or are you applying next year?
In Texas submitting early in the summer is a big help.
I am applying next year. I plan to apply very early in the cycle. Do you think the 123 in cars might get me screened? I found only 1 TX school on the msar that had 123 in its 10th percentile.

CARS is the subsection that gets the most leeway. I don't have access to MCAT subsection data for Texas, but retake the MCAT only if a) you have lots of time and are scoring well on practice tests and b) you are fairly certain the other section scores will not be lower.
Your MCAT score is competitive for most TX schools and for sure the HBCU med schools.
