What are my chances?

uGPA: 3.672 , Major: Neurobiology, Minors: Philosophy, Religious Studies, Psychology, Chemistry, MCAT 506, my CARS was low so I gave my GRE which was 97th and 95th percentile for reading comprehension and writing--respectively, I have 2 years Volunteer EMT, 1 year Emergency room full time physician scribe, 4+ years of research in 5 labs total, constant volunteer work within the community, bilingual (Spanish/English), colombian background, first generation, from CT, parents with GED only, Graduate MA student in BioMedical Ethics and Law at UPitt currently and doing well academically. Lizzy Score is 65.70.

Hoping to see any thoughts on the schools I applied to... (broad net but I would be ecstatic to get in anywhere) -- I have yet to hear back from any of these schools.

I've been rejected from Vandy, UW, NSU, and Arizona Tucson... I am currently waitlisted for an interview at WVU. Would anyone recommend I apply to SGU at this point or is it likely I land at least one of these schools for next year's matriculation? Any and all input appreciated.

No reasonable person is going to recommend a Caribbean school at this point!
Although S Americans are not generally considered UiM, your language skills will be appreciated at many schools.
Grad schools grades are not a significant component in the assessment of your academic prowess at MD schools. DO schools see things differently.
You are an excellent candidate at just about every DO school.

The HBCU's matriculate very few non-African Hispanics...
Depending on your state of residence, that leaves a pretty small number of MD schools on your list where your MCAT is at the median.

Here is a more realistic list; most of the ones you applied to were donations, except for the DO schools. Your GRE doesn't count for applying to med school.
NYMC
Drexel
Wayne State (maybe)
U Toledo
Seton Hall
Rosy Franklin
Loma Linda (only if you are SDA or a very devout Christian)
Loyola
WVU
VCU
U VM
Rush
MCW
SLU
Creighton
Albany
Oakland-B
Unifored Services University/Hebert (just be aware of the military service commitment)
Netter
Gtown
GWU
Your state school(s).
Nova MD
Any DO school. I can't recommend Touro-NY, Nova, Wm Carey, LUCOM, for different reasons. MSUCOM? Read up on Larry Nasser and you decide. LMU has an accreditation warning, which concerns me.
It is not too late to start adding more DO schools.
