Not necessarily a red flag, just explain it well, tie it in with your activities and experiences that drew you towards medicine. You have killer stats and great activities; I don't think it will hold you back at all if you can answer the tough questions about the switch.

If you want to go back to the MW, then definitely add: UChicago, MCW.
