Many of your OOS school are very long shots for a number of reasons.
Did you check OOS matriculation on all of them. UCD rarely considers OOS, for example.
OOS candidates usually have to be better in some way than IS candidates to get an interview.
Be sure to apply to all your IS schools, public and private.
