You could receive interviews at MD schools and I suggest these schools with your stats:
Oklahoma
Howard
Meharry
Morehouse
UCLA Drew
TCU-UNT
Creighton
Loyola
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Seton Hall
New York Medical College
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Indiana
Wright State
Oklahoma interviews ~70% of instate applicants who complete secondaries so you should receive an interview.

I can't recommend an MCAT retake; you've hit your plateau.

I'm more worried about the downward GPA decline. Adcoms may not consider the family issues, but ratherm that you have toruble with more rigorous coursework.

Thus, I'm going to be conservative:
Loyloa
SLU
Creighton
U OK
U AR
U KS
U CO
Meherray
Howard
Moorhouse
UCLA/Drew
Rosy Franklin
Drexel
Temple
GWU
Gtown
Seton Hall
NovaMD
Tulane
WVU
Oakland U Beaumont
Wayne State
MCW
Loma Linda (only if you are SDA or a very devout Christian)
TCU/UNT
Uniformed Services University/Hebert (just be aware of the military service commitment)

Any DO school. I can't recommend Nova, Wm Carey, BCOM, ICOM and LUCOM, for different reasons. MSUCOM? Read up on Larry Nasser and you decide. LMU has an accreditation warning, which concerns me. CUHS is too new and appears to be too limited in rotations sites. UIW refuses to post their Boards scores, which is fishy.

ALSO: seriously consider an SMP if you get no love
