  1. Pre-Medical
cGPA – 3.65, with significant upward trend
sGPA – 3.58
MCAT – 504 (124/128/124/128)

I am an Alabama resident, and attended undergrad in South Carolina.

I have taken coursework for EMT certification and am currently doing clinicals (was delayed due to COVID-19) prior testing for certification. I’m also currently applying for PCT and other direct patient care positions.

I was a 4 year Division I athlete in college, and have decent clinical and non-clinical volunteer work and shadowing. I have strong recommendations.

I am applying to UAB, South Alabama, MUSC, USC (Columbia) and USC (Greenville). Are there any other MD schools worth applying to this cycle? If not accepted this cycle, I will retake the MCAT and try again.

@Goro @Faha

You could add these MD schools:
TCU-UNT
NOVA MD
Creighton
Loyola
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Seton Hall
New York Medical College
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
You could also apply to DO schools and you are competitive for all DO schools.

@Goro @Faha
ALL AL and SC schools
Temple (maybe)
WVU
Oakland U Beaumont
Wayne State
MCW
Loma Linda (only if you are SDA or a very devout Christian)
Loyola
Rosy Franklin
TCU/UNT
Uniformed Services University/Hebert (just be aware of the military service commitment)
Any DO school. I can't recommend Nova, Wm Carey, BCOM, ICOM and LUCOM, for different reasons. MSUCOM? Read up on Larry Nasser and you decide. LMU has an accreditation warning, which concerns me. CUHS is too new and appears to be too limited in rotations sites. UIW refuses to post their Boards scores, which is fishy.
