You need some service hours/non-clinical hours where you can assist people who are less fortunate than yourself. Your research, clinical, leadership, and other volunteering look good.

Are you double-counting your non-profit experience hours? Which community are you serving with your EMS?
You're lacking serious service orientation hours. 150 hours min to avoid getting screened out at most schools, 250 min to have a shot at brand-name schools.
