VES, Veterans Evaluation Services, is looking for neurologists in California that we can refer veterans to for non-treatment medical / TBI exams. VES is a veteran owned company headquartered in Houston, TX. We work to help alleviate the backlog of cases that the VA has for veterans awaiting C & P exams in all 50 states and overseas. Veterans need these exams in order to receive any type of benefits for conditions caused or aggravated by their service. This is a unique opportunity to serve your local veterans and earn income doing it.
The work itself consists of evaluating the veteran’s claimed conditions only and completing a DBQ (Disability Benefits Questionnaire) in regards to the conditions. Please let me know if you would like samples of the DBQs. No treatment is ever rendered during these exams. Exam times range depending on the complexity of the exam, but many are only about 30-60 minutes.
VES handles all administrative duties. We schedule the veteran with your office in accordance to your doctor’s availability, and you are never obligated to schedule an exam. We send the veteran a map with step-by-step directions to your office, and we issue multiple reminder calls to the veteran. All you do is evaluate veteran and complete DBQs!
VES pays out directly every 2 weeks (on/around the 1st and 15th of each month) in accordance to submitted DBQs for that period. There are no insurances involved; there is no invoicing necessary! We can pay via paper check or direct deposit, whichever you prefer. Pay is typically $275/exam per basic assessment, and we pay you even if the VA does not pay us.
If you are interested in working with VES there is a short credentialing packet that will need to be completed (agreements, payment info, etc). We would need to verify that your office is ADA compliant via a few photos, and there is some training involved which can be completed online at the doctor’s leisure. There is also one-one-one training via phone prior to your first cases.
