Was Biochemistry or Microbiology most helpful for the OAT?

I am planning to take the OAT in May 2022 (between my Junior and Senior year). I am creating my schedule for next semester and I could either take Biochemistry or Microbiology. Which class would be most helpful to take before the OAT. Whichever class I don't take next semester, I will take senior year.

Yea microbiology for sure. The only concepts from biochem you need to know is glycolysis and fermentation, but you don’t even need to know each and every reaction and step of it. Just need to understand the concepts behind it (NADH/NAD+) and the important reactions as well (products of fermentation and major steps of glycolysis) as where the processes occur in the cell.
