Go big. Especially if you have quality ECs. You may surprise yourself! Apply where you would like to attend and see what happens. Ivy leagues? Top 20 MD programs? Probably not. However, a close buddy of mine had nearly identical stats to yours and is about to begin M2 at his state MD school. Articulate your motivations and see how receptive they are to it. Worst case scenario? Improve your app and apply again.

Thats a nice MCAT score and an upward trend from freshman hear. What are your ECs like? Thats likely going to make or break you.
I dont know what the top DOs screen at for GPA but I would put the app in. For all the DOs you want and some mid and low tier. Spread your app wide.

State of residency?
Are you URM?
How's your EC?

if you apply broadly chances are you will get in somewhere if your EC is good and have a DO LOR.

Another low GPA high MCAT here. I got tons of DO interviews and two MD. Dont forget the state MDs.

Odd combo of low GPA and high MCAT
I'd probably apply to 20+ DO schools and state MD for the heck of it
Be careful of schools that have GPA cutoffs - VCOM comes to mind
