Washington Hospital Ctr vs INOVA for trauma surgery?

Any thoughts on this? WHC surely seems to see the trauma, but I never hear people raving about the program itself. People seem to like INOVA, but I hear it's sorely deficient in penetrating trauma and acuity. Any insight about the teaching/program quality of either would be appreciated.
