does anyone know when WashU stops interviewing and mails out all of their decisions? i interviewed in October and they are still telling me my application is "under review". i have been passed over about a hundred times now so its clear they are not feeling any sort of deep love for my application..but i would just like for it to be over. any idea when?

I am totally with you on this one... I just want to know!!! I think I read somewhere that they just finished interviewing, but I don't know for sure. Good luck to you!

yeah i'm realizing how much i reeeally want to go there, so i'm about to write a letter of intent. is it ok to email it as an attachment, or do i mail it snail style?

I would mail it. Since UTpremed got in this weekend, the committee just met. Therefore they will receive it in plenty of time for the next meeting, even if you snail-mail it.

I'm partial to snail mail, because I think it is more serious and professional (in an old-school way)... but I would email at this point, because they might be getting close to making final decisions... you wouldn't want your snail mail letter to get there one day too late! 😱

I think letters of intent should be sent through snail mail.

I know that interviews stopped 2 weeks ago, but I have no idea when final decisions will be made! I cant wait any longer!

I called today under the guise of asking for information about financial aid forms (tricky, I know 😛 ) and I was told that they will be making decisions through April 15th. I want to cling to the hope that there will be at least one more round of acceptances before waitlist letters go out... Good luck guys!

try october 3, the very first interview day! i doubt i'll even get waitlisted at this point, let alone accepted! oh well...i've been recently informed that they have a 9-5 type schedule (i didn't remember learning much about their daily schedules at my interview), so i think i might die there anyway! funny how i almost wrote them a letter of intent last week...this process really has made me crazy, eh? 😳

they say that accept 3x more than their first year class holds. i bet this stupid waiting game that they play has something to do with it...just say you are non rolling admissions and get it over w/.
