Watches to time ourselves during PCAT

Are we allowed to bring digital watches with us to the exam to use to time ourselves? My sister took the MCAT and was not allowed any electronic watch that beeped.

I'm sure that is fine as long as it doesnt beep. From time to time I thought I could have brought a calculator in there. LOL but dont get any ideas from me.

No seriously, I think a digital watch that beeps is alright, as long as it doesnt beep in the middle of the test, cause you definately dont want that. So unless your absolutely certain that It will not go off, It may be a good idea just to take one that doesnt even have the potential to beep.
