The most important way to be successful is study and practice.
Stevenson's course at UCLA and Duggans courses are very helpful and expensive. benefit outweighs the costs.
one has to be very good at class 2 prep, MoD onlays, PFMs, 3/4 crowns, CVC or gold crowns, class 3 preps
On top of that the most efficient way is to get ideas from experienced successful ones.
so what i suggest the eager dentists here is
Go through the information here in SDN these are very valueable clues
and also find some one who has experience and do hands on...
