We do welcome new posters and their questions

I am a bit disturbed at some of the vetern poster's answers lately.
They seem to have forgotten the days where they were
new to the process and didn't know about most things going on.
Please folks, let's remember that we have new people join SDN every day.
If you don't want to read or answer their questions, then don't, but don't
make people feel uncomfortable about asking something they want to know about.

To all our new posters, I say Welcome!!!!!!!!!!!!

i've been registered since feb, now i have almost 200 posts, is that pretty good? i work as a phlebotomist and I average about 14 draws a night, so in 8 hours I have plenty of free time.
