Weird grading scale

At my school, we can only receive course grades in increments of .5. So we can only earn a 4.0, 3.5, 3.0 etc. Anyone know med schools thoughts on this? Will it effect the way they view my GPA?

You put your classes, credit hours, and grades in AMCAS and it calculates your GPA for you I'm almost certain. So everyone is on the same letter grade to GPA scale when you apply.
