So I just had two of my letters released to ERAS by ECFMG. For some reason, they both say "Program Director" in the additional information section. I know for certain that I did not click that box when I sent out the request for both of those letters. I checked my ERAS inbox to look at the messages regarding the initial upload of the letters and the additional information section is correctly marked as "none". I have no idea what's going on here. Can anyone offer any advice or help!?
