It was the payment and a few demographic/residency questions. No writing is involved.

I'm in the process of doing the paperwork of becoming a resident. I believe as of now I am considered out of state, but hopefully, that changes soon! My DAT was 26AA/18 PAT/27 TS

There’s a form on WVUs website that you fill out, and you provide the supporting documents proving that you are in WV for reasons other than university.

I would not call them since they say in their email that they do not provide app updates.

They just started OOS interviews so there is at least 1 more cycle remaining don't panic just wait it out
