As you know, your shadowing and community service/non-clinical volunteering are sparse. It's possible your scribing hours could be a proxy for shadowing, but this will prevent you from being competitive for the top-tier schools (Stanford, Harvard, Yale, etc.) where we recommend 100 hours shadowing, 200 hours clinical volunteering, and a lot of community service/non-clinical volunteering IMO.
