I really didn't think I wanted to go to med school freshman and sophomore year but I was a biology major and didn't put all my effort in school until junior year when I decided I wanted to be a doctor. Didn't to too well in chemistry but retook 2 chem classes in the summer after junior year and did better.

Faha's list is more realistic, OP. I would also add:
Dartmouth
Mayo
Columbia
UCSF
Keck (maybe)
Duke
UCI

I would also get in more clinical volunteering... you have the bare bones minimum.

Would you guys recommend applying this cycle or doing an SMP at tufts or Boston instead.

Given our same GPA/MCAT and timing of our threads, Ill throw my list up here. This is my list however, and you probably won't want to include Minnesota/Wisconsin/Iowa/Ohio. In a similar vein, Faha and Goro's advice trumps a list made for me.
University of Pennsylvania
Columbia
Duke
UCSF
Yale
Pritzker
Northwestern
Boston University
Michigan
Pittsburgh School of Medicine
Cornell
Mayo Roch/AZN
Emory
Case Western
Mt Sinai
UCLA (Geffen)
Ohio State
Rochester School of Medicine
Dartmouth
Einstein
Hofstra
UW Madison
University of Cincinnati
University of Miami
Medical School of Wisconsin
University of Iowa
