How good are chances at matriculating to medical school post interview if my interviews are in Feb and March? I know a lot of schools have filled seats but do schools accept people who interview this late? I know some have a high acceptance rate post interview but how true is it for someone interviewing in mid-March?

I'd say don't worry about it. There is a lot of movement that happens in February and March with waiting lists, and you may wind up benefitting depending on the situation. This year's application med school selection portal for AAMC (Choose Your Medical School, I think) should be interesting but hopefully helps the process along with loosening up spots at a slightly earlier time (if I understand it correctly). I'm not sure about DO programs, but they probably have a similar process for managing waitlists collectively and among individual schools.
