What are my chances? Where should I apply?

Hello! I am looking for some advice on where to apply. I am looking to apply to mostly MD schools. Schools that value translation research and/or offer md/ms programs if possible.

State: Utah
Applicant: Latino
MCAT: 510 (127/126/128/129)
Science GPA: 3.96
Overall GPA: 3.97
Major: Chemical Engineering, Minor: Chemistry

Research:
- Genetics Research (an abstract submission + undergrad symposium poster presentation) ~325 hours (1 year)
- Chemical Engineering Research (graduate research symposium poster presentation) ~175 hours (1 year)

Extra-curriculars:
- President/founder of a club that promotes financial literacy, and investment (1.5 years) ~200 hours
- Competed in medical device design competition, Team Leader, worked with an MD and a team of Med/Business/Engineering students to develop and test a medical device prototype, presented poster, wrote 40 page device packet, submitted provisional patent, attended workshops, Competed against other teams and won an innovation award. Planning to turn into senior project, and publish research paper in coming year ~ 325 hours (1 year)
- Engineering car design team ~ 25 hours (6 months)
- Biology teaching assistant - 190 hours (130 hours paid, volunteered over summer for free remaining 60 hours)

Clinical Volunteering/Work Experience:
-Hospice with dementia patients - 95 hours (1-2 hours visit everyweek, 1 year)
-Homeless clinic, health advocate - 135 hours (1 year)
-Aids foundation - 24 hours

Non-Clinical Volunteering:
· Tutored relocated refugee children in reading and writing skills - 20 hours
· Taught science to elementary school kids - 60 hours
· 1 on 1 mentoring pre-college outreach - 25 hours

Shadowing:
· Pediatric Oncology/hematology, 22 hours
· Anesthesiology, 8 hours
· Pediatric Surgery, 8 hours

LOR:
- very strong letter of rec from 3 professors (one professor has known me for 4 years), 1 doctor
