Please use the WAMC forum (hosted under preallopathic) for these types of threads. When creating a thread you can specify if it is a DO thread, MD thread or combination. The forum software does not allow the forum to be under two specific mother forums so for that purpose it is under preallopathic. You can use the link to the forum in this forum (preosteopathic) to go there. WAMC threads in the main preosteo forum will continue to be moved without warning or reconsideration.
