Hello I just received my MCAT score yesterday and want to hear some advice on what to do and what my chances are. State of residence is Indiana.

To start my cGPA is 3.92 and sGPA is 3.94
My MCAT score is 507 (130/123/129/125)
I am very worried about my CARS score and a little about P/S, however I have strong C/P and B/B scores.

For my ECs
250 hours of clinical and nonclinical volunteering.
1000 hours of research across two different labs, have done a presentation, and will do a poster presentation in July. One of the research activities I am involved in is a very prestigious program which I consider very unique.
Extensive leadership: Executive position in student government, executive position in a nonprofit chapter I brought to my area, and some other positions and organizations.
500 hours of tutoring
230 hours shadowing across 7 different specialties that includes around 10+ physicians plenty of unique stories to share with this experience.
Interesting hobbies, and work experiences.

My school list contains the following
IUSM
Albany
CMU
Drexel
Creighton
Rosalind Franklin
Toledo
PennState
Louisville
Wright State
University of South Carolina
University of Oklahoma
University of Minnesota
University of Kansas
Loyola
LSU
Loma Linda
MSU
OHSU
Cooper

Let me know what you think or any advice, was thinking about adding about 10 DO schools or something.

You have many state public schools on your list that accept few non residents with your MCAT and no connection to the state.
I suggest these schools with your stats:
Indiana
Loyola
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
Penn State
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
New York Medical College
Quinnipiac
Vermont
Seton Hall
George Washington
Eastern Virginia
NOVA MD
St. Louis
Creighton
Wayne State
Illinois

Thank you for your time, do you think the 123 CARS will be a huge issue for MD?
