I just got an e-mail for a school on Tues. saying I was granted an interview to call to set up appt. I called and the earliest is Apr. 3. Isn't that waaaay late? Aren't most schools done withtheir acceptances by now? What are my chances of getting in so late?

A lot of schools interview through April 15th or so and make decisions around there too. I think it is up to you... if you like the school, if you want to go there, if you have other acceptances, etc.

All in all, the school may just be on a non-rolling admissions process and makes decisions late. I think you could also ask when you call to see if the interview is for a waitlist spot, I think that is a legit question and doesn't reflect anything negative.
