What are my odds? 3.57 cumulative undergrad 3.37 science. 518 MCAT

I also have a graduate degree in Public health and I have spent a year in a patient safety fellowship with the past three years working to improve patient safety and reduce preventable harm in a hospital.
What are my odds?
I know it is not exactly clinical experience, however, changes I have helped implement have reduced harm to patients. Was hoping to get some perspective from other Non Trads. And I forgot to say, I am a first generation immigrant who came to this beautiful country when I was 18.

Invest in MSAR Online and target schools whose median stats are closest to your own. Start with your state school(s).
