What are some medical specialties allow for both private and hospital practice?

I would like to be in a specialty that would allow for a dynamic environment where I'm not just in one set location at all times. I know it's a very broad and general question, but I would appreciate all kinds of ideas. Thank you!

Also, I'm not sure whether or not I posted this in the right thread, but this seemed like the most logical spot. If not, if a moderator could relocate the thread I'd appreciate it.

You might not want to use the term "private practice" if what you mean is ambulatory care or outpatient clinic. The "private practice" meaning a doctor's office that is privately owned and operated as a small business are being gobbled up by hospital systems in what is called "vertical integration".

PM and R is where I’m lookin.

In reality though, basically every single specialty (including Family medicine) can work both Clinic and hospital. That is kinda what doctors do...
