What are the chances of getting a H-1B/GC for a foreign dentist?

What are the chances of getting a H-1B/GC for a foreign dentist assuming that he is on a F-1 visa and licensed as a US denstist. How is the demand for getting a job as a dental faculty and have the school process him for a H1-B/Green Card? Has any one heard of any success stories? Thanks
