what are the greatest threats to the field of dermatology? interested in people's opinion. oversupply of derms, obamacare, etc...

In descending order, I'd say the greatest threats to the field of dermatology are:

1. oversupply of derms
2. obamacare
3. etc...

i'd reverse #1 and 2 above, and add "BEARS" to the list. there's so much more demand than supply in most areas right now that oversupply problems are neither certain nor in the near future.
