What Biochem MS1's????

MS 1's could you list what Biochem text you use and what school you attend?

Also, are your Biochem labs useful? Do you do medically related experiments or is it more general biochem as in undergrade?

What are your Biochem labs like? Thanks

we don't do biochem labs in med school. our cirriculum is systems based, so he have a variety of diff classes each section.

i am just using my undergrad text, plus Lippencott's reviw (2nd Ed.) we get all our notes from lecture which is more than enough material

At LECOM, we used Basic Medical Biochemistry by Marks, Marks, and Smith.

And we didn't have biochem labs either, so I can't tell you anything about that.

No labs, Marks Marks and Smith, Lippencott's review, and Stryer's whenever I really need some detail.
