What books would you like to see in print?

As a commissioning editor in medicine, I am always interested to know what opportunities there are for the development of new medical books.

So, what do you think should be published and why?

You never know, I could commission something on the strength of your argument!

I want to see one on maximizing reimbursement. A lot of docs are losing money that is being "left on the table" and this is also something new to-be-docs need to know about - dealing with insurers, contracts, PHOs, etc.... The business side of the profession is woefully absent from training....
