I had a grade hanging in the air my last spring semester that had to get wrapped up. Had some assignments I didn't get complete on time because of a family emergency. It was my last class for my degree. Because of the incomplete, the college didn't award my degree until October instead of May!! Will med schools care about this and should I explain what happened?

As long as it was last October (or earlier) and not this October, you should be fine.
Thank you so much for answering. Yes, it was last October 2020. Do you that it's necessary to explain what happened in the Anything Else secondary?

Just explain it lol

Honesty/transparency is the best policy and will only say good things about you (unless u murdered somebody or something similarly unsavory)

If you haven't already applied, there is nothing to explain. Just put your start and end dates as shown on your transcript. (if you applied last June saying you were graduating last June and then you didn't you might have to explain.)
