Hi, I'm new to this site and this is my first post. I entered med school for a year now and i have many questions to ask. But one thing i would like to know is... What qualities do residency admission officers look at? I know they probably look at a candidate overall, but there must be things they focus more on. For example, GPA and Pass/Fail? Recs? Research... Boards... If there was a typical "priority ranking system" for these please share with me. Thanks.
